Deconstructed Moto Jacket: Maison Martin Marigela
Disco Pants: American Apparel
Ruffle Socks: Topshop
Spiked Creepers: Demonia (D.I.Y spikes)

 Hat: Thrift
Chiffon Button Up: American Apparel
Bandeau: American Apparel
Boots: Jeffery Campbell Coltrane

Leather Fringe Jacket: Topshop
American Flag Bandeau: D.I.Y
Petticoat: American Apparel
Spiked Creepers: Demonia (D.I.Y spikes)

What inspires your style?
Sarah: As cliché as this may sound, almost anything within my surroundings can inspire me. From the everyday nonchalant streetwalkers who effortlessly puts on an ensemble purchased from local thrift shops, to the fashion leaders of the world who's wardrobe reeks of luxury and exclusivity  to even the one of a kind paintings from the Baroque period to the tacky graffiti in the icky alleys within the city. Each form of expression from any individual inspires me. However, I've realized the greatest source of inspiration comes from within because no one can wow you as much as you can wow yourself.

Where are your favorite places to shop?
Sarah: As much as I hate the rise of fast fashion in retail, there are a few stores that never fail to disappoint me. I absolutely love shopping at Patricia Fields, OAK, Topshop, American Apparel, and we cant ever go wrong with the fav thrifts and consignment shops such as Beacon's Closet and Buffalo Exchange.

When did you start taking interest in fashion?
Sarah: I've always had the creative juices flowing in my body growing up, but my keen interest in fashion blossomed within my high school years. Being creative gave me an adrenalin rush. I was in the years where I could finally take on my own choices and I ran with the fashion aspect of the world. Leaving high school I realized that I only knew the smallest aspect of this world which was the glamour resulted from a whole lifestyle of creativity and I knew I wanted to continue my education and lifestyle focusing on this industry that made my world go round.

Do you agree with the famous quote by Yves Saint Laurent, "Fashion fades styles eternal"? Why or why not?
Sarah: Amen and Hallejuah to that statement. Many people are oblivious to difference between fashion and style. One word symbolizes a whole creative world and the other one symbolizes ones self creative world. Fashion is evolutionary, constantly changing around us. Style is revolutionary, its yours, no one can own but you, it is your exclusive brand and it cannot be taken away or changed by anyone. Style is yours forever.

Who is your favorite designer or brand? Why?
Sarah: My favorite designers are the two lovely males who executes a brilliant collection each and every season under the name, Proenza Schouler. I am obsessed with their minimalistic approach to create pieces that classic, sexy, and luxurious. Many may say their collections lack color, but I feel as though their creativity is expressed loudly in their design aesthetics blessing our eyes with all types of geometric shapes and silhouettes that compliments the women's body so well. I love them!

What is your favorite fashion quote?
Sarah: "In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different." -Coco Chanel
What is one thing about your style that no one knows?
No one knows that they play a part in the choices I make when styling myself. Literally everyone sends me a secret unknown message that helps me figure out what is innovative and creative to even what is a definite fashion police alert and unacceptable.

Sarah has such a unique idgaf what people think style. I love how daring she is with her pieces and how she makes them her own. Check out more of her fab style on ig @hauteharas

Hat: Just Don Brooklyn Nets
Sweater: Supreme
Jeans: RRL
Sneakers: Air Jordan 5 "Grape"

What inspires your style?
Steven: My father. He has such a clean cut look no matter where he's headed. Fresh off the iron slacks to the supermarket b. He's stylin' on you son.

Where are your favorite places to shop?

Steven: Barneys, Supreme, A Bathing Ape & most recently Kith.

When did you start taking interest in fashion?
Steven:I started taking an interest in fashion in high school. All the girls admired all of the guys who dressed well and I wanted to be that guy so I started researching different brands and changing my looks up. I think it worked..

Do you agree with the famous quote by Yves Saint Laurent, "Fashion fades styles eternal"? Why or why not?
Steven: Of course ,I agree with it. Fashion is constantly changing. For example, look at how SoHo was a year ago. Everyone was dressing in Bape & Billionaire Boys Club gear but now everyone is trying their best to imitate the whole A$AP theme with SSUR & Y-3. Fashion like this wont stay around forever. Kids will eventually move onto another kind of fashion. Style is eternal. To me, thats your sense on how to put certain articles of clothing together. You'll always have that in some shape or form.

Who is your favorite designer or brand? Why?
Steven: My all time favorite brand will always be Supreme (Sounds like something a hypebeast would say but hey..). I say that because they just don't give a fuck. They are willing to put a hairy pussy on a tee and not give a fuck. Most brands wouldn't have done it but Supreme just has the balls to do things like that.

What is your favorite fashion quote?
Steven: “Just be true to yourself, and listen as much as one is able to to other people whose opinions you respect and look up to but in the end it has to come from you. You can’t really worry too much by looking to the left and the right about what the competition is doing or what other people in your field are doing. It has to be a true vision.” - Anna Wintour

What is one thing about your style that no one knows?
Steven: Hm... It's that I sometimes look at what women wear to piece together new styles.

Steven is the Sneaker King. One of my favorite friends get inspired and check out more of his style on instagram @steventravis  <3 Killa

What inspires your style?
Jordan: Batman Beyond the animated series, New York City, My 1990's Childhood

Where are your favorite places to shop?
Jordan: Catalog Homme, Vintage Shops, Online Boutiques

When did you start taking interest in fashion?
Jordan: I always had an interest in fashion but once I was able to go out and buy my own clothes it was a whole new game. This was around when I was 13

Do you agree with the famous quote by Yves Saint Laurent, "Fashion fades styles eternal"? Why or why not?
Jordan: Yea I do. A lot of people don't realize that it's not the clothes you wear but how you wear them. Just because you have on a $5000 outfit of whats new in season doesn't mean you have style. Having style to me means a mixture of old, new, and expensive while incorporating your personality.

Who is your favorite designer or brand? Why?
Jordan: It's hard for me to really just say one designer is my favorite. Here are my top two that

Maison Martin Margiela: his style of deconstructionism is what really appeals to me. All of his designs are reincarnated products that were once trash to someone but given a new life.

Kosuke Tsumura: He started a brand in 1994 by the name of Final Home, which is no longer around, with Issey Miyake as his backer. The entire aesthetic of the brand was Post Apocalyptic wear. Every garment was designed as if it were your final home. He became known for doing oversized jackets with multiple large pokets to store anything to help with your survival if the world were to come to an end.

What is your favorite fashion quote?
Jordan: Fashion can be bought style you must posses.

What is one thing about your style that no one knows?
Jordan: I hate to match my socks with anything I wear

Everyone Meet the flyest person I know. My good friend Jordan. This guy literally was schooling me on fashion, something that no one has ever done before. If you want check out more of his lavish outfits follow him on instagram @black_velvet
